As I believe you are probably aware by now from all the front pages of the local news papers that IPTV in Spain has been hit by POLICE in Italy causing most suppliers re-sellers etc to lose channels and the main panel with details of all clients.
We all know systems are off but we have been informed its to do a big update worldwide and it could be 2-4 hours after that period it will slowly get better according to all sources and by Tuesday Wednesday it will rapidly improve.
All suppliers where they can are trying there best they do not want to let there customers down but its a cat and mouse with the authorities Sky Tv Bt etc are pushing hard to catch all these big iptv centres no one want to lose or give poor service but somethings are beyond there control.
