Again this time of the year we get sun spots etc that does cause havoc with certain Tv channels during the morning and through to late afternoon there is really nothing any one can do about this it wll carry on until late August then the the signal will regain its strength. If you have physically lost channels BBC ITV then that is is due to your dish moving in the winds we get here we can re align most dishes for 40€ call out charge which is a good price considering what some of the others charge.
